Is VAT (PVN) really included in the price?
Yes. €7 a month is the total amount that leaves your account. We do not add VAT at checkout or in your invoice. Same for the €19 and €49 tiers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel via WhatsApp or in your account. No contract, no notice period, no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can re-subscribe later.
Is there a free trial?
14 days, no card required. You can use the dashboard, send us your earnings, and have your first quarterly filing prepared before billing starts. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.
What is your refund policy?
Within 14 days of signing up — full refund, no questions. After 14 days — prorated refund for unused time on annual plans. If we miss a VID filing deadline that was our responsibility, we refund that month and pay any late penalty ourselves.
What happens if I joined Basics but VID writes me a warning?
Upgrade to Defense (€19/month, coming soon) and we handle the dispute starting from your upgrade date. Billing prorates. Until Defense launches we explain how to respond and review your draft for free.
Does the founder-pricing €7 lock in forever?
For the first 100 customers, €7/month is locked for as long as you stay subscribed. After 100 customers, new Basics pricing may move to €9 or €12 — but customers who joined earlier keep €7.
