How the file-for-you mechanics work

The questions people ask before signing up.

Who actually submits the report to VID — me or you?
We do. During sign-up you grant us EDS access under your account. From then on, we prepare every VSAOI and the annual GID, log in under your authority, and submit. You see the filing receipt in your dashboard within 24 hours. You never need to open EDS unless you want to.
I pay VID directly — why? Why don’t you pay?
Latvia’s VID requires tax payments to come from your own bank account to the unified VID account. We never touch your money — we just tell you the exact amount and IBAN, and remind you on WhatsApp before the deadline. This is the safest setup for you and removes any risk that we hold your tax money.
What if VID rejects a filing?
Extremely rare on Basics (the data structure is fixed), but if it happens we re-file at no extra cost and follow up with VID on your behalf. On Defense (€19/month, coming soon) we handle full disputes including penalty appeals.
How do I capture my earnings if Wolt sends them by email only?
Forward the Wolt or Bolt email to capture@rozofinance.com — your account email recognises you automatically and we parse the PDF. You can also drop the PDF in the dashboard or send it on WhatsApp. We never need your Wolt or Bolt login.
