The €150 rule that costs people their permits.

Under Latvia's Immigration Law (§23, paragraphs 2–4 and 7), the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (PMLP) can refuse to issue or cancel your residence permit if you have a registered tax debt above €150, or if “taxes have not been paid for you in the last year.”

One missed quarterly VSAOI payment is around €727. A whole year of unpaid VSAOI is around €2,900.

Wolt, Bolt, and Bolt Food now report your annual earnings to VID under DAC7. If your registered tax doesn't match what VID receives from the platform, you have a problem.

RozoFinance exists to make sure that problem never lands at your door.

“What if I already missed a quarter?”

We help you catch up before your next permit renewal. Many of our customers come to us already late.

“Will you report me to VID?”

No. We are bound by client confidentiality. We help you get current going forward.

“What about my past unreported income?”

Case by case. Some catch-up is straightforward. Some needs legal advice. We tell you honestly.

Three things, every quarter

Capture. File. Stay safe.

1

You capture

Snap a photo of your weekly Wolt or Bolt statement on your phone. Takes 30 seconds — even on a Sunday at midnight.

2

We file

We build the quarterly VSAOI report and submit it in VID's EDS portal under your authority. You get a WhatsApp confirmation.

3

Permit safe

Every quarter we send you a one-page Permit Safety Report — where you stand with VID, what you owe, and that you're clear of the €150 line.

Real customers

Two of our customers, in their words.

I drove Wolt for two years and never filed taxes. I was scared. Sara fixed everything in three weeks. No penalty. Now I sleep at night.

VID sent me a warning letter in Latvian. I sent it to RozoFinance. They handled it. No fine. €7 a month was the easiest yes of my year.

Questions

What people ask before signing up.

What does "done-for-you" actually mean?
You send us your weekly Wolt or Bolt earnings PDF on WhatsApp. We build the quarterly VSAOI report in EDS, submit it under your authority, and tell you the exact amount to pay VID and the IBAN. You do not log in to EDS.
I have not filed for a year. Can you still help?
Yes. Most of our customers come to us already behind. We assess your situation honestly in a free WhatsApp chat, quote a fixed catch-up fee (€15 per missed quarter), and submit the back-filings. Most cases resolve in one to two weeks.
What is the €150 rule and why does it matter?
Latvia's Immigration Law §23 lets PMLP refuse or cancel your residence permit if you carry registered tax debt over €150, or if no taxes have been paid for you in the last year. One missed quarterly VSAOI for an average Wolt courier is around €727 — well past €150. We monitor your VID account quarterly and tell you before you cross the line.
Will you talk to VID for me if they send a letter?
On the Basics plan, we explain what the letter means and how to respond. On the Defense plan (€19/month) we draft and submit the response under your authority. If you upgrade after receiving a letter, the upgrade covers the active dispute.
Is this only for Wolt and Bolt couriers?
No. We work with any self-employed person in Latvia — couriers, drivers, online tutors, freelance designers, photographers, delivery workers, dog walkers. If you receive payments on your own bank account and are not employed, this is for you.
