Which currencies do you stock?
EUR with USD, GBP, INR, PKR, BDT, NPR, RUB, TRY, AED, BAM, CHF, NOK and UAH. Anything else, message us on WhatsApp — we source most currencies on demand within 24–48 hours.
What is the minimum and maximum I can exchange?
Minimum €20 equivalent. Walk-in cash up to €5,000 per visit. Above €1,000 in any single transaction we run AML/KYC checks as required by Latvian law — bring your ID. Larger amounts can be exchanged by bank transfer with proof of source of funds.
Are there any fees?
No flat fee. The margin is in the spread, which we show you on the rate board before you commit. No surprises at the counter.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed for walk-in cash exchange under €1,000. For larger amounts, message us on WhatsApp ahead of time so we can have the currency ready.
Can I exchange online?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp with the pair and amount, transfer EUR to our IBAN, and we wire the foreign currency to your nominated bank account. Typically same business day.
