Account & onboarding

What does the €7/month plan actually include?
Quarterly VSAOI filed in EDS, annual GID prepared and submitted, quarterly permit-safety check, WhatsApp support Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00 EET, and VID-letter response if VID writes to you.
How do I sign up?
Tap “Start €7/month” on any page. We ask 2 questions on onboarding (your tax regime + platforms you earn on), then send you a WhatsApp from Sara to confirm everything in writing.
Do I need to be VID-registered already?
No. We register you in EDS if you’re not. The process takes 1–3 business days and is free as part of your first month.
I haven’t filed taxes for a year or more. Can you still help?
Yes — this is the most common situation. We assess in a free WhatsApp chat, give you an honest range for the catch-up cost, and walk you through it. Most cases resolve in 1–2 weeks.

VSAOI & filings

What is VSAOI and how often do I file it?
VSAOI is Latvia’s mandatory social-insurance contribution for self-employed people. You file quarterly — by 17 April, 17 July, 17 October and 17 January. At an average Wolt-courier income that’s roughly €727 per quarter. We do the filing for you.
What about MUN (microenterprise tax)?
For couriers with low expenses and turnover under €25,000, MUN at 25% of turnover can be simpler. For drivers with high vehicle expenses, the general regime is often cheaper because you deduct real costs. We pick based on your actual numbers.
What is the annual GID and when is it due?
GID is the annual income declaration. Due by 23 June for the previous calendar year. We prepare and file it as part of the €7/month plan.
Do you handle VAT (PVN)?
If your rolling 12-month turnover crosses €50,000 you must register for VAT. We monitor that line for you, register you when needed, and file your monthly PVN return. Couriers almost never cross it; drivers and freelancers sometimes do.
What if VID writes me a letter?
Forward it to us on WhatsApp. We translate it, respond on your behalf, and update you the same day. Included in the €7/month plan for routine letters; complex disputes are handled under our Defense add-on.

Permit safety

What is the €150 rule?
Latvia’s Immigration Law §23 lets PMLP refuse or cancel a residence permit if you have registered tax debt over €150 — or if no taxes have been paid for you in the last year. Source: pmlp.gov.lv.
How do you keep my permit safe?
Every quarter we send you a permit-safety check — how much you owe, when it’s due, whether you’re approaching the €150 line, and what to do next. We catch problems before they become registered debt.
Will you share my data with PMLP or immigration?
No. We only file with VID — and only what you authorise. We don’t respond to PMLP data requests without your explicit consent and a formal legal order.
What about the 2026 amendments about third-country couriers?
If new restrictions pass, we help you transition: into employed status with the platform, into MUN-irregular regime, or into a SIA structure. Included for active subscribers.

Money & billing

Why €7 when other accountants charge €50+?
We’re a software-and-service hybrid. Most of the work is automated; humans step in for filings, disputes, and questions. We pass the savings to you.
Is VAT (PVN) included in the €7?
Yes. €7/month means €7 leaves your account. No hidden fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel on WhatsApp or in your account. No contract, no notice period, no cancellation fee. You can re-subscribe later if you change your mind.
Refund policy?
First month is free. Within 14 days of paid signup: full refund. After 14 days: prorated. If we miss a deadline that was our responsibility, we refund the month and cover the late penalty.
How do I pay?
Card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). SEPA direct debit on request. We don’t accept crypto.

WhatsApp support

How fast do you reply on WhatsApp?
Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00 EET: average under one hour. Outside hours: first thing the next working day.
Who am I actually talking to?
A real human on our team. Most often Sara (our tax practitioner) or Arpit (customer success). We tell you who you’re talking to.
Can I send screenshots of VID notices?
Yes — that’s the best way to reach us. Send the photo, we read it, we reply.
Is my WhatsApp chat secure?
WhatsApp uses end-to-end encryption between you and our business phone. We store conversation transcripts only as long as needed to resolve your case.

Security & GDPR

Where is my data stored?
Encrypted at rest on EU servers (Hetzner, Germany). GDPR-compliant. We don’t use US-based clouds for customer data.
What about my passport and permit copies?
Encrypted, retained only as long as legally required for KYC (typically 5 years after the relationship ends). Delete requests honoured under GDPR Art. 17.
How do I request a copy of all my data?
Email data@rozofinance.com or message on WhatsApp. We respond within 30 days under GDPR Art. 15.
Do you sell or share my data with platforms (Wolt, Bolt)?
No. Never. We only share data with VID when required for the filings you authorise.
